Policy pre-bookings, prepayments
The following terms and conditions apply to your reservation. Prices are in euros per service and partner, including taxes.
Reservation Policy
To complete the booking time for an appointment at the salon services store Pre-payment is NOT required.
Immediately after you will receive from the hairdresser a final confirmation call from 2118004132 as well as a email to modify or confirm your booking.
Cancellation, modification and non-arrival policy
A request to cancel or change a confirmed booking is accepted in writing by e-mail, or by calling 2118002132 (ext. 1).
Changes to dates and times are subject to hair salon availability
Discount policy
During the completion of your reservation you will see the field "Add Promotion Code" there depending on your discount you will enter the corresponding code.
If you are coming for the first time to try our services, FIRST VISIT -20% CHECKOUT CODE: 20
If you are a student with the demonstration of the student pass STUDENT PASS -20% CHECKOUT CODE: 20S
If you are a regular customer and want the ONLINE discount -15%, ON LINE BOOKING -15% CHECKOUT CODE: 15
